Quality Policy
The fundamental principles determining Cyclotech’s
Quality Policy is that the company should complete projects, and deliver products, on time, within budget and to our customers’ requirements and satisfaction.

In order to do this, the company requires an infrastructure of operating systems and procedures in accordance with
BS EN ISO 9001:2008, to which Cyclotech is fully certified. This system and procedures shall ensure the effective management of the company and promote continuous improvement of all activities and staff operations. Cyclotech will aim to, through implementation of these systems and effective management, fulfil the following objectives:

Provide appropriate and innovative technical solutions.

Involve people at all levels.

Improve delivery performance to reduce lead times.

Work with and develop suppliers who share our quality goal.

Supply products and services consistent with the public interest, laws and applicable regulations.

Develop and measure the benefits of what we achieve so that targets can be set for future improvement.
The implementation of these objectives will remain the responsibility of all directors and managers and shall be reviewed at each management review meeting.
Cyclotech Quality activities are co-ordinated by a dedicated QA/QC Manager, who reports directly to the Managing Director.
